After I created this model for the short film Probe I decided to optimize it for use as a game asset, and do some hand painted textures in mudbox. These are realtime renders with the Marmoset Toolbag.One of the short film's goals was to use open source software, because of this I used Blender to create the original model. Later I went back and used Maya to optimize it and model some additional details.
